In a TV show, All Blacks rugby union players share their practical advice to stay fit even if locked down.

Some people think they are supermen able to do the greatest things ever possible. All Blacks rugby union stars will present on Wednesdays and on Sundays during confinement a TV show called Isolation Nation and broadcast on charged TV channel Sky Sport, they will share their recommendations to stay in shape.

While they are also confined following the suspension of the Super Rugby, the most prestigious championship in the southern hemisphere, New-Zealand players show some exercises to stay fit, no matter the circumstances. In the first show of the kind, we have fullback Beauden Barrett and scrum-halves Aaron Smith and TJ Perenara. Viewers will have the privilege to discover doable exercises and some a bit more complicated designed by world rugby stars.

But are rugby players as good on the field as off? Believing TV channel Chief Content Officer Tex Teixeira, “these players are born entertainers”. It appears clear to the TV man who adds that “like everyone else in Aotearoa they are keen to stay fit, healthy and motivated to get back in action as soon as we have Covid-19 licked”. And to give you a foretaste of what they offer, a short video of one of the players has been released on social networks. We let you judge. We’re looking forward to it!
