As it happens every year, for New Year’s Eve dinner 2020, Le Josefin chef – Hotel Banke restaurant – has concocted a great Saint Sylvester menu to accompany you to 2020, filled with delicious treats in a festive atmosphere.

Transformed into a luxury hotel in 2009, Banke Hotel is a former post-Haussmann bank and also doubles as a gourmet restaurant, Le Josefin. Foie gras lollypops
Gravlax salmon
Marinated cucumber heart
