New Year’s Eve 2020 menu at Maison Blanche

As usual, during the Holiday Season, Avenue Montaigne sparkles. And for New Year’s Eve 2020, Maison Blanche chef Fabrice Giraud has prepared a wonderful and “Cabaret Chic” themed Saint-Sylvester menu.

Avenue Montaigne, perched on the roof of the building housing the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées, Maison Blanche offers an unobstructed view over the Seine River.

This year, Bruno Franck’s team has prepared a festive and gourmet party inspired by Cabaret Chic, including a wonderful menu by Fabrice Giraud and his own team, for €335 including VAT per person, including a glass of Charles Heidsieck brut reserve champagne.

Beef and duck foie gras, black truffle slices

Pulled spider crab, citrus fruits and condiments, creamy avocado and herbs

Black truffle-braised celeriac and celery cream, Cognac XO Rémi Martin

Loctudy turbot, champagne and caviar sauce, steamed sunchoke and chestnuts

Roasted hind fillet, Hendricks gin sauce, pan-fried pineapple and kabocha squash

12-month Beaufort cheese, quince paste
***
Citrus fruits choux, Greek yogurt espuma
***
70% dark chocolate mousse and pecan palet, acacia honey marshmallow
