The Musée de la Chasse et de la Nature is a fascinating place located in theHôtel de Guénégaud and theHôtel de Mongelas, in the Marais district. This is where you can discover the collections of the François-Sommer Foundation for Hunting and Nature. Every year, this private museum presents temporary exhibitions.   European Museum Night - May 18, 2024,
  The Musée de la Chasse et de la Nature is free from 7pm to midnight (last entry 11:30pm).
  
  For this new edition, the Musée de la Chasse et de la Nature presents "Ornithomix", an astonishing performance based on birdsong.
  From 7pm to 11:30pm, an immersive sound walk unfolds in the museum to celebrate the work of artist Tamara Kostianovsky and the new exhibition "La chair du monde". The Dizonord collective mixes live from the museum's courtyard using a vinyl collection of nature sounds, a unique archive collected by a bio-acoustician.
  The atmosphere of a tropical forest awakens this night and brings Tamara Kostianovsky's birds to life.
