From 6 to 11 October 2026, Sorbonne Université celebrates the Science Festival with « Saveurs savantes », a free program around taste, food and cooking. More than 80 animations, workshops, visits and exhibitions are proposed in seven sites in Paris and Yvelines, with more than 380 scientists mobilized to introduce research to the general public.
