The Pinault Collection at the Bourse de Commerce invites you to discover its latest exhibition, "Une seconde d'éternité", from June 22 to September 26, 2022.

When art expresses the experience of time... The Collection Pinault at the Bourse de Commerce is hosting an exhibition on the concept of time, entitled Une seconde d'éternité, from June 22 to September 26, 2022. The exhibition explores"the polysemy of present time, in turnsuspended, fleeting, inhabited by spectral presences, traversed by the theme of absence and incarnation", through the works brought together within it.

The cycle takes its title from Belgian artist Marcel Broodthaers' 1971 film Une seconde d'éternité (based on an idea by Charles Baudelaire). The film reveals, for a brief moment, "the artist's presence through the simple figuration of his signature". The film sets the tone for this exhibition, "where the intensity of the presence of bodies and images is measured by their transience".

A total of 20 artists are on show, for a unique immersion in time, including Larry Bell, Marcel Broodthaers, Gustave le Gray, Sherry Levine, Wolfgang Tillmans, Nina Canell, Philippe Parreno, Anri Sala, Sturtevant, Liz Deschenes, Ryan Gander and Dominique Gonzalez-Foerster. And an exhibition that's sure to take you away for a unique moment, just for you. Shall we book our tickets, folks?
