How about celebrating Easter by spending a lovely day at Paris-Vincennes Zoo? On Sunday April 21 and Monday April 22, 2019, Parc Zoologique de Paris prepared you a nice program with animations and playful activities.

On the menu:

  • Giant Egg Hunt for Kids
This year, discover a Giant Egg Hunt for kids at the clearings.
All day long and in free access, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., children under 6 years old are expected at the clearings, the park big picnic area, so that they can try their luck with the giant egg hunt. In limited time, they will have to find five false eggs in a wooden zone especially dedicated to them. Once their mission is completed, children will be awarded a bag of chocolates.
    Duration: 10 minutes per session
    Location: Clearings
    Time slots: from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
No prior registration to participate. One participation per child.

  • The forgotten recipe for kids from 6 years old
Let's run to French Guiana, where Easter isn't celebrated with the traditional chocolate egg hunt, but with a tasting of awara broth, a typically Guianese dish consisting in a sort of stew boiled for 3 days and in which you add all kinds of ingredients.
This is these ingredients children have to find in a tour all over the clearings and on the bare-foot road, in exchange, they'll be given a bag of chocolates as a reward.
    Duration: 10 minutes per session
    Location: parcours pieds nus
    Time slots: from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
No prior registration to participate. One participation per child.

  • Stand about the cocoa tree / where does chocolate come from?
And to know everything about chocolate, head to the greenhouses where a gardener and a host will be present in front of the cocoa trees to tell you everything about chocolate, its origin, its fabrication.
    Time slot: 11:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m., 3 p.m.
Free access as long as seats are available

In short, everything to spend a wonderful Easter weekend in Paris!
