On Wednesday August 23, 2023, for the very first evening celebrating its 20th anniversary, Rock en Seine opted for a 100% all-female line-up! With Billie Eilish as headliner, the Ile-de-France festival also managed to get its (young) festival-goers dancing to the sounds of Girl in Red, Tove Lo and Lucie Antunes.
