Guy Martin's stint at Le Grand Véfour has come to an end!

Guy Martin leaves Le Grand Véfour after 34 years at the helm of the iconic Palais-Royal establishment in Paris. The renowned chef is bidding farewell on December 31, 2025, as the restaurant passes into the hands of the Paris Society group, which will take over the historic venue. He’s also parting ways with his three bistros!
