With the arrival of spring, ephemeral terraces are making a comeback on the streets of Paris. From April 1 to October 31, 2025, cafés, bars and restaurants will be able to deploy these seasonal installations, subject to compliance with strict rules. Operators will be required to close by 10pm, meet aesthetic standards and comply with maintenance obligations.
