As the festive season approaches, the Parisian culinary scene lights up with the presentation of the new Bûche de Noël 2023. Candy Paradis, driven by Karine Chiche 's passion for patisserie, stands out for its sincere, creative approach to sweet gastronomy. Karine, a former Cake Design champion, offers us a unique creation this year.

"Paradis Gourmand", one of Candy Paradis ' two 2023 logs, is a culinary work of art made up of five individual portions, each with its own personality and flavor. It's a veritable gustatory voyage, designed to offer a harmonious yet varied experience.

  • Le Renne de Noël: This portion is a chocolate lover's paradise, with its dark chocolate mousse with a creamy caramel heart, roasted and salted peanuts, on a gourmet chocolate cookie.
  • La Boule de Noël: Refreshing and light, this portion combines a coconut mousse with a creamy insert and lemon and lime gel with lime zest, delicately set on a lemon almond cookie.
  • Le Bonnet du Père Noël: Exoticism in the mouth with its cheesecake mousse, with its creamy mango passion heart and mango passion confit with fresh mango tartar on its small coconut cookie.
  • Le Bonhomme de Neige: Inspired by the Black Forest, this section combines a vanilla ganache with a heart of cherry and morello cherry confit, and a dark chocolate-cherry ganache on a delicate chocolate cookie.
  • L'Ours Blanc: A tribute to pistachio, with pistachio ganache, pistachio praline, pistachio cream and pistachio cookie.
