In Longueville, not far from Provins, in the Seine-et-Marne region, the story goes that the steam train of a tall man in red clothes and with a very white beard arrived at the village station. Just 7 kilometers from Provins, this steam train promises an enchanting afternoon, don't you agree?

Welcome to Longueville, the town where it's said that Santa's steam train makes a stop every Christmas. Get ready to climb aboard a historic vintage train that's sure to make young and old alike dream, from the SNCF station in Longueville, served by the Transilien line P (from Gare de l'Est).

Tchou tchouuuuu! We're off on an unusual journey aboard a historic train set (dating from 1910 to 1930), on the Longueville vintage train. Departure from Longueville station on Saturday December 9 and Sunday December 10, 2023, at 1:30 p.m., for three and a half hours of disorientation, in the footsteps of Santa Claus. Locomotive enthusiasts - young and old alike - will learn all about the vintage locomotives and carriages preserved and maintained at Longueville station by the Musée du Train.

The train makes a round trip from Longueville to Romilly-sur-Seine and back, costing €30 per adult and €15 per child aged 6 to 11. Children under 6 pay nothing. Please note: reservations are required to board Santa's steam train, so be sure to get your tickets in advance!
