This year, Guy Martin has pulled out all the stops to bring you a champagne log for Le Grand Véfour, a fragrant log for his restaurant 68 and seasonal logs atAtelier Guy Martin for Christmas 2014.

Le Grand Véfour, the legendary Relais & Châteaux restaurant nestled behind the Comédie-Française, has decided to celebrate Christmas with a festive log in the shape of a chewy bottle of champagne. What's inside? A tempting marriage of quince, mandarin orange and persimmon, enhanced with Ruinart Rosé Champagne....

Since 1991, Guy Martin has been the master of this establishment, which he acquired permanently in 2011.

Restaurant 68 Guy Martin and its perfumed log

Restaurant 68 Guy Martin, located in the historic boutique of the House of Guerlain, presents its 2014 Christmas log. And once again, legendary perfumer Thierry Wasser and the great Savoyard Michelin-starred chef have combined talent, flavors and fragrances to delight your taste buds.

The result? The log is inspired by " Souffle de Shalimar ", and features bright, sparkling notes of bergamot, lemon and mandarin. And at its heart, we'll love the vanilla shortbread.

This creation can be tasted at the restaurant and sold at the comptoir des délices.

L'Atelier Guy Martin and its seasonal log-making classes

Christmas spirit invades the kitchens of L'Atelier Guy Martin. To celebrate the festive season, the private mansion, run by Flavien Martin, is organizing workshops around logs with winter notes and childhood flavors. To be enjoyed on site or shared at home.
