What's on the menu? Frozen logs and entremets that are sure to explode in your mouth!
Discover, for example, the "Punk is not Dead" log: pure pistachio-black sesame cream Mister Green it-glace with Pussy Griottes sorbet (Morello cherries and blackcurrant pepper) as an insert. The Sicilian pistachio dacquoise will serve as a bulwark against any overflow that may arise.
Alternatively, prefer the "Dark Side of the Moon" log, with pecan-hazelnut dacquoise, Dark Side ice-cream coating (chocolate, maple syrup, cocoa nibs), 70% dark chocolate parfait insert and pecan caramel.
Meanwhile, the "Flying Carpet" log will turn tables and heads with its Aurora Borealis sorbet (Valrhona milk chocolate and praline caramel) and Dude insert (dulce de leche ice cream) set on a bed of cocoa shortbread.
