For the occasion, the chefs will be concocting some of Easter's signature dishes to celebrate the holiday in style! Milk-fed lamb stuffed with walnuts and figs, accompanied by Salardaise potatoes, swordfish en papillote, exotic style, and candied vegetables. There's also a buffet featuring a wide choice of pastries and breads, as well as charcuterie, salads, fish, mature cheeses...
