Epiphany 2017 obliges, the Réjane brasserie at the Nolinski hotel unveils its very first galette des rois imagined by Meilleur Ouvrier de France pastry chef Yann Brys.

Emotion forHôtel Nolinski 's Brasserie Réjane, which is offering its very first galette des rois from January 2 to 31, 2017.

And to dazzle your taste buds, the brasserie has pulled out all the stops, calling on the talent of Pastry Chef Yann Brys.

Meilleur Ouvrier de France, the latter drew his inspiration from the retro atmosphere as well as the decorative elements of the famous brasserie.

This first galette des rois 2017 features a crisp, melt-in-the-mouth puff pastry, an almond cream flavored with orange zest and garnished with orange cubes preserved in Grand Marnier.
