Café de la Paix invites you to discover its Galettes des Rois 2024. This year, not one but two gourmet creations await us to celebrateEpiphany in style, or simply share a good galette with friends or colleagues. In the traditional frangipane or almond-based galette category, we call on the emblematic and inescapable Café de la Place de l'Opéra.
For a Parisian treat this January, the Café de la Paix, an elegant and historic establishment in the Opéra district, presents two exquisite interpretations of the traditional galette des Rois. This year, pastry lovers won't have to choose between elegance and flavor. The first version features a crisp, golden puff pastry, enclosing a rich, creamy frangipane, faithful to classic pastry-making methods.
The second version, meanwhile, is filled with a delicious almond cream, enhanced by the vanilla notes of rum, offering an ideal taste experience.
The Galette des Rois for 8 people is priced at 45€. To enjoy it, we recommend ordering 48 hours in advance, from January 3 to 21, 2024.
