  • Galette Roussillon
    Composition: Puff pastry with fine butter, pistachio frangipane sprinkled with redcurrants and compote.
    To be discovered from January 2 to 5, 2014
  • Galette hibiscus et framboise
    Composition: Fine butter puff pastry, hibiscus frangipane and raspberry compote.
    To be enjoyed from January 7 to 12, 2014
  • Galette exotique
    Composition: Puff pastry with fine butter, coconut frangipane, diced mango and passion fruit compote.
    To be enjoyed from January 14 to 19
  • Galette à l'ancienne
    Composition: Fine butter puff pastry, frangipane, diced pears and chocolate pearls with an old-fashioned cane sugar finish.
    To be enjoyed from January 21 to 26, 2014.
