Nuit des Musées 2025 at C2RMF, the French museums' research and restoration center in Paris

Every year, the Nuitdes Musées(Night ofthe Museums) offers exceptional evening events in cultural venues throughout the Paris region. For one special evening, museums, monuments, castles, art foundations and other institutions open their doors to offer a vast program of visits, often free of charge, accompanied by workshops, concerts, shows and other surprises for young and old alike. The 21st edition of this major springtime cultural event will take place on Saturday, May 17, 2025, and there are plenty of great ideas for outings in Paris and the whole of the Île-de-France region.

This year's event will also be an opportunity to explore the C2RMF, the French museums' research and restoration center. Located on three sites, two in Paris in the Louvre district and the third in Versailles, this research institute has a number of missions to help preserve our heritage. From expertise and restoration to documentation and innovation, C2RMF is the temple of heritage science, at the crossroads of the scientific and artistic worlds.
