Another 41st Fête de la musique ! This year, the great popular and festive event once again has a rich and eclectic program in store for us on Wednesday, June 21, 2023.
But what exactly is the Fête de la Musique? Once a year, on June 21 (the day of the summer solstice), this free, popular musical event invites all musicians, amateurs of all levels and professionals alike, to celebrate living music and showcase the breadth and diversity of musical practices and genres.
Created by the French Ministry of Culture in 1982, the Fête de la Musique has since been exported abroad, becoming a national event in countries such as Luxembourg, Italy, Greece, Peru and Colombia. Over the years, the Fête de la Musique has invented and reinvented itself, becoming an emblematic event that we love to celebrate every June 21.
While there are plenty of musical events in Paris on June 21, there are also plenty in other parts of the Paris region, such as Courbevoie. This year, this town in the Hauts-de-Seine region of the Paris region is offering its residents a diverse and varied program that will appeal to the widest possible audience.
What's on the menu? A Back to 90's evening, as well as a musical voyage at the Pavillon des Indes and a not-to-be-missed Gospel concert at the Théâtre de Verdure. Join us in Courbevoie on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 to enjoy the 41st Fête de la musique with family, friends and friends!
