For those of you who are planning to celebrate music on June 21, please raise your hand! Ok, there are many of you from what I can see. At the same time, the Fête de la musique is that popular and festive event that everyone loves.
Launched in 1982 in France, the Fête de la musique has since come a long way and is even celebrated abroad. The idea? For a whole day and evening, free concerts by amateur and professional musicians are held to celebrate live music. And all styles are honored: from pop to rap, rock and metal, jazz and blues or classical music and electro ... every June 21, the good musical plans are numerous to make us look.
And it is not always easy to choose the event for which you will vibrate. If you live in Chelles in Île-de-France, then the following might interest you! As every year, this city of Seine-et-Marne welcomes various and varied groups, just to fill the ears and eyes of its inhabitants. So, what can we expect this year? What is the musical program planned in Chelles for this new and 41st edition of the Fête de la musique?
On Wednesday, June 21, 2023, Chelles will take us back in time with a free concert by The World of Queen, to be held at 9 pm at the Parc du Souvenir - Émile Fouchard. It's an opportunity to (re)discover live some of the greatest hits of this legendary group led by Freddie Mercury, covered for the occasion by The World of Queen. And of course, admission is free!
Come and celebrate summer with music and songs during the Fête de la musique. This year, the city of Chelles welcomes the group The World of Queen, a tribute to the legend by Fred Caramia, a show that will pay tribute to Freddie Mercury, singer of the group Queen.
