Valentine's Day 2021 in Paris: wellness getaway and star-studded dinner in a private hotel

And for Valentine's Day 2021,Hôtel Particulier Villeroy is celebrating lovers with two offers dedicated to couples. The first, priced at €1402 for two people, invites you to spend a night in a Premier or Grand Premier Suite. A dinner is laid out on the living room table and awaits you for a star-studded tasting.

The menu begins with frivolities: semi-cooked fresh duck foie gras, smoked eel & quince; coastal oysters in seawater jelly and creamy-crisp Jerusalem artichokes. These give way to a gourmet prelude: Turbot a cru marinated in citrus & fennel. This is followed by scallops in fine carpaccio with osciètre caviar, and a beautiful langoustine in gentle steam, with condiment. Then comes the Brie de Meaux fermier stuffed with truffles and matured by their care, before the tasting ends with a sweet moment: a duo in love with grand cru chocolate & hazelnuts.

The next morning, you wake up to a typically Parisian breakfast served in your suite. The day continues with an hour's private access to the spa. Throughout your stay, a butler is dedicated to you.

The second offer, at €2,804 for two people, includes a stay in one of the hotel's apartments. In addition to the scallops, the menu includes a large scampi from our coasts, just stiffened, concentrated juice, tarragon-spelt, as well as a glazed roasted farmhouse veal chop & sweetbreads, roots cooked in juice, black truffles. A bottle of Billecart Salmon brut rosé champagne is also on offer, and you have two hours' access to the spa. You can also enjoy a one-hour duo massage.
