This dinner is truly exceptional, as access to the restaurant is usually reserved for hotel guests and members of the Saint James Club. The dining room was inherited from the Fondation Thiers, designed by Madame Dosne-Thiers in memory of President Adolphe Thiers. Afterwards, there's nothing to stop you booking a room for a romantic weekend away: the Saint-James has 30 secret rooms from €490 a night, with champagne and rose petals on offer...
