Before the Rugby World Cup 2023 kicks off, come and enjoy four days of activities and workshops around the oval ball, in the rugby park at Auber RER station!

Do you know everything there is to know about rugby and the World Cup? To test your knowledge, practice your rugby skills or learn more about the competition before it starts, head for Auber RER A station from September 5 to 8, 2023! The excitement will be building all week, leading up to the kick-off of the opening match between France and New Zealand this Friday evening, and RATP is offering workshops and activities around the oval ball, just for the occasion!

The 250m2 rugby park is entirely dedicated to rugby, and invites children and adults alike to take part in a passing workshop, to learn the art of handling the ball, a touch workshop to follow in the footsteps of our French champions, and a quiz workshop to find out which countries are taking part in the competition! You'll be all set for the opening match, when rugby will hold no more secrets for you! Other events await you all week long, from 12pm to 6pm.

  • From Tuesday 5th to Friday 8th: a rugby discovery trail with a variety of activities organized by the Ile-de-France Rugby League's executives.
  • Wednesday 6 to Thursday 7: an introduction to wheelchair rugby with players from the French rugby team.
  • Friday September 8: a signing session with Poupard, the illustrator of the Rugbymen comic strip.

Other RATP stations, partners of the event, will welcome you during the competition, notably at Nation RER station, with a photo exhibition of the best moments of the World Cup, or at Saint-Denis (M13) and Front Populaire (M12) metro stations, with make-up appointments before the 10 matches at the Stade de France.
