Cruises to see a different Paris
On the Marne
Come aboard Le Francilien for an architecture and nature cruise departing from Neuilly-Plaisance. Or take part in a wine-tasting cruise on the Marne. For a more musical atmosphere, opt for a Fado concert cruise on the Marne.
Guinguette lovers, enjoy a guinguette cruise or a lunch cruise on the Marne loop.
Olympic cruises in the run-up to Paris 2024
On May 18 and June 2, the Olympic and street art cruises on the Saint-Denis canal resume:
at 10am: cruise from Parc de la Villette to Stade de France on the Olympic canal
at 2pm: cruise "When the games transform the city" around Ile-Saint-Denis
at 5pm: street art cruise on the Saint-Denis canal from 6b to Parc de la Villette
Join the Très chers Jeux Olympiques tour and discover exhibitions on the theme of sport: Faites du Sport at the Archives du Val-de-Marne (with a special tour for young parents !), Une longueur d'avance at the Musée de Nogent and Au stade! une histoire du sport dans les Hauts-de-Seine.
On the Seine
Discover the landscapes of the Seine amont, where industrial heritage and contemporary architecture mingle, on a cruise between Paris and Choisy-le-Roi.
Want to relax after work? Embark on a Happy Hour cruise and take a sunset tour of the Seine before melting into the Parisian night.
It's springtime!
With Mûrs à fleurs, you can visit a flower farm in Montreuil, learn how to compose a bouquet or make vegetable prints. Also in Montreuil, the regional horticultural society invites you to discover the history of the Peach Walls, and Brice-Manuel Catala guides you from one belvedere to another, from the Parc des Beaumonts to Mozinor.
In May, the Roseraie du Val-de-Marne reopens its doors! Stories large and small about this exceptional garden will be told during a guided tour: an opportunity to wander through these fragrant alleys in search of the most surprising rose names.
You can also organize a family outing to meet the dairy donkeys and learn all about the workings of an organic farm.
The Bois de Vincennes is also the ideal place to reconnect with nature. The program includes botanical walks, visits to the tropical agronomy garden and meditation,
Take a deep breath of fresh air along La Végétale, the long green corridor that crosses the Val-de-Marne. A wide range of nature activities are on offer: en pleine nature, budding artists, snack walks, forest treasure hunts, trees in the city...
On the urban agriculture front: push open the doors of the Cité maraîchère de Romainville and discover its CasseDalle garden, wander through the heart of Lil'Ô, an industrial wasteland undergoing ecological conversion, or discover La Caverne, an organic urban farm in the underground passages of the 19th arrondissement.
Urban and cultural walks
On Saturday, May 18, join the free and convivial "ESSrando" cultural walk. This one-day walk will take you on a discovery of the social, solidarity and circular economy in the Val-de-Marne, from Chevilly-Larue to Ivry, via Vitry. Several stops and events are planned along the way.
From May 18 to June 2, the Printemps des Cités-jardins offers you the chance to visit these unique sites on free walks. Discover the garden cities of Champigny-sur-Marne, Créteil, Arcueil, Montgeron, Châtenay-Malabry, Suresnes, Trappes, Argenteuil...
Other unusual walks await you, such as a visit to the aqueduct route, a sound walk in Chevilly-Larue, or an itinerary with a bivouac near Choisy-le-Roi.
Craftsmen showcase their skills
More of a craftsman? Push open the doors of a stained glass master craftsman's workshop, a tapestry and textile restoration workshop, or an artisan soap maker's workshop.
Are you a gourmet? You'll be spoilt for choice between the professions of artisan cheesemaker, artisan winemaker, artisan brewer or artisan roaster.
