Situated between Ecouen and Chantilly,Royaumont Abbey is a masterpiece of Gothic art. Continuing a long tradition of hospitality, its team opens the " Table de Royaumont " to gourmets every weekend.
Inspired by the rhythm of the seasons in the abbey's vegetable garden, Chef Patrick Derisbourg's tasty creations include "back of hake with citrus fruit", "crème brûlée topped with pistachio chantilly", and a chocolate mousse for which he jealously guards the recipe... Called "Le choix du Chef", the unique menu served on Saturday evening and Sunday lunchtime is in keeping with French culinary tradition, in a spirit of openness and creativity.
On Saturday evenings, guests wishing to extend their stay in a green setting between the Chantilly and Carnelle forests can relax in one of the abbey's rooms. A stroll through the park at nightfall, followed by the magic of waking up in unspoilt surroundings, is an unforgettable experience.

A tasty and generous offer... Viennoiseries and other sweets, a farandole of hot and cold dishes: this gourmet buffet is reminiscent of Sunday markets, with stalls stocked with local and seasonal produce, transformed by the savoir-faire of the Chef and his team. A moment of sharing in a warm, relaxed atmosphere!
