Madame Arthur: transvestite cabaret and Parisian club

Since 1946, the Madame Arthur cabaret club has been drawing crowds in the Pigalle district. A true pioneer of musical drag cabaret, it offers a new show every two weeks and keeps its audience dancing into the night.

At the foot of the Montmartre hill, the cabaret is a labyrinth of mystery with Belle Époque decor. Each visit promises a brand-new, entirely original experience, crafted directly by the cabaret's dream-creatures. From Thursday to Sunday, from 8 p.m., catch them in themed shows that are spellbinding, performing all repertoires live and in a piano-voice format, all in a spirit of celebration, cheekiness and laughter!

Standing or sitting withchampagne, anything is possible when it comes to enjoyingtheMadame Arthurexperience. Especially when you love to dance.

After the performance, it’s your turn to step up: clubbing kicks off at 10:30 p.m. with its Giant Blind Test, Minima Gesté puts you to the test on the best of Francophone music, while the creatures await you for an intimate vocal tour in the cabaret’s historic boudoir. Then the resident DJs take over to have you dancing and singing along to their 100% Francophone remixes, until dawn!

Whether you prefer pre-2000 or post-2000 French music, Madame Arthur is sure to keep you entertained all night long!

And to liven up your wild nights, queer performances by our night creatures will surprise you on the third floor of the club—definitely a dizzying experience!
