The Hilton Paris Opéra is a bit of a daydream for Le Pain Quotidien. Although the brand is already 25 years old, this is the first time it has left the cosy sphere of small "home-like" addresses to set up shop in a place as chic as the grand Hilton Paris Opéra.
In a 150m² space, accessible from the street but also from the hotel, one finds the wholeorganic ethical universe of Le Pain Quotidien in an atmosphere quite typical of the historical bistros of the district. The 80-seat dining room is open from 7am to 10pm, allowing you to take a break between the Grands Magasins and the Saint Lazare train station.
In the morning, Le Pain Quotidien offers a French breakfast, with butter croissant, old-fashioned bread and baguette, hot drink and fruit juice of your choice. Then, for lunch, Le Pain Quotidien awaits us with its toasted toast with grilled chicken, organic smoked salmon with herb sauce and mixed salads. And to satisfy your hunger, Le Pain Quotidien offers a dozen pastries and delicacies to eat in or take away.
With this partnership, Le Pain Quotidien and the Hilton Paris Opera wanted to combine their expertise to offer the best experience to their customers. And it's a success, to say the least: if the atmosphere of the place takes the codes of the Hilton, it transposes the renowned convivial atmosphere of Le Pain Quotidien in a big hotel, and the table of 12 people -often proposed to single people to share a meal with perfect strangers- is in the center of the room.
