If you're a soccer fan, you should know that Cristiano Ronaldo has announced that he will soon be opening a hotel in Paris bearing his name. You may not have known it, but in addition to his activities as a top-level sportsman, Cristiano Ronaldo has diversified into several sectors, including the hotel business. Although the hotel was initially scheduled to open in 2021, it now looks as though it will open its doors in 2027.
In collaboration with the Portuguese Pestana Hotel Group, the football star has already opened 5 CR7 hotels in major cities around the world since 2016, in Lisbon, Madrid, New York, Marrakech and Funchal, his birthplace. TheParis hotel is scheduled to open in 2027 on the Left Bank, not far from the Gare d'Austerlitz, at a cost of 60 million euros.
The4-star hotel is part of the Austerlitz A7A8 project and will unveil 210 rooms (making it the largest hotel in the CR7 network), a landscaped rooftop with a swimming pool and a bar open to the public offering a breathtaking 180° view of Paris.
