Les Grands Verres: that's the name of the new bar-restaurant at the Palais de Tokyo, to be discovered from this Monday, July 24, 2017. Behind this new address? The fine team at Quixotic Projects, already behind several trendy addresses in the capital such as La Candelaria, le Glass and even Mary Celeste and Hero.

Forget Tokyo Eat and discover Les Grands Verres very soon! Starting this Monday, July 24, 2017, the Palais de Tokyo will indeed be offering a new catering service, this time provided by Quixotic Projects.

Behind this name lies the famous trio(Carina Soto Velasquez, Adam Tsou and Joshua Fontaine) behind La Candelaria, Mary Celeste, Glass and Hero.

For the Palais de Tokyo, they imagined a convivial yet innovative space, including an impressive 13-metre-long bar. Conceived as a " Chefs table ", this bar offers exclusive seating on the other side of the counter, so as to be as close as possible to the bartender, while a row of alcove tables welcomes up to 170 diners in a more intimate atmosphere.

This space, offering a new lifestyle destination, was designed by Parisian agency Lina Ghotmeh, who imagined a place blending earth, rough woods and metals weathered by time.

The view of the Eiffel Tower will be as magical as ever, thanks to a semi-transparent glass roof.

The menu will feature original creations based on fresh, local produce, designed by American Chef Preston Miller, former Executive Chef at Bar Sajor in Seattle and Ruka in Boston. The Chef also strives to keep the overall environmental impact as low as possible.

And like all Quixotic Projetcs establishments, the venue will unveil a cocktail bar for lovers of clever beverages! On the menu? The"Gordon Gekko" with gin and dry vermouth, or the"Tchicki Boum" with mint and sorrel, caramel, blanche de Normandie and Calvados.
