Express lunch menu by Akira Back

Would you like to enjoy a great restaurant but without sacrificing hours? Head to Akira Back, the first Akira Japanese restaurant in France serving modern and travel-inducing cuisine. As a matter of fact, open since earlier this year at night, the restaurant now opens for lunch and offers you to delight you in 45 minutes flat with a €65-menu.

AT one of the most beautiful tables of the room with the impressive chandelier, or at the counter, go for the chef’s propositions at lunch. Set menu or off the menu, choices are varied. And the menu is shorter than in the evening, but it also features options available for dinner.

Another good news, the menu changes weekly, so you can go again and never be tired of it. When we came, we enjoyed a lovely assortment of starters with marinated squid, spicy shrimp makis, and beef tacos.

Smooth, crunchy, tasty and spicy, we love it. As because we are genuine foodies, we also added the AB Eringi Pizza based on thin slices of raw tuna and mushrooms topping umami aioli with fresh truffle.

Let us continue the lunch menu with a very hearty Chirashi Don, tasty and wonderful. Perfectly cooked rice, salmon sashimi, fish roe, a bit of caviar, slightly sweetened omelet and pickled lotus, what a great discovery.

Finish the meal with an assortment of iced mochis for an indulging note. Coconut, black sesame, sakura or even matcha are expected.
