Buddha-Bar Hotel Paris new pastry chef Edwin Carriere takes us to Asia for Easter 2019. On the occasion, he decided to revisit the traditional Easter egg and make not one but two legendary dragons!
On one hand, the dragon Aka, ‘red’ in Japanese, represents strength. on the other hand, the green dragon Jaki means mischief.
Both creations are made of 33% Opalys white chocolate and highlighted with a red or green coating. As for the flame, it’s made of passion-inspired chocolate for the fruit touch. And of course, always free of colorants and artificial aroma!
Please note that the two Japanese dragons are only available upon order 24 hours prior.
Also happening at the Buddha-Bar, the Easter brunch for friends, families and foodies in general. Meet on April 21, 2019 for a hearty brunch made of the irresistible treats from our childhood such as a chocolate fountain to dip your fruits, marshmallows and homemade cookies; as well as a whole bunch of chocolate desserts.
If you have steady and skilled hands, you can even take part in an activity in order to make your very own version of the Easter dragon with chocolate accessories and pieces!
Let’s meet there?
