In the Oliver family, there’s the daughter! Chef Michel Oliver can be proud of his daughter Clémentine who opened – on June 7, 2017 – her very first bakery while the latter already supply many palaces and top restaurants in the French capital.
Called “La Belle vie sans gluten”, this bakery offers gluten-free breads and viennoiseries.
Gluten intolerant and specialist in this field (she even published a book called “Je cuisine sans gluten et je me régale” [I cook gluten-free and I love it], created a blog with videos of gluten-free recipes…), Clémentine Oliver offers another way to eat breads and viennoiseries especially a genuine crunchy baguette as well as cannelés that are crispy on the outside and smooth on the inside!
It’s within her Parisian lab that Clémentine Oliver prepares her gourmet range including baguette, chocolate biscuits, round-shaped breads, chocolate brownies, burger buns, cannelés, different cakes, lemon cheesecakes, cookies, brioche breads, pains aux raisins, sandwich breads, lemon shortbreads and pies…
