If you're a meringue lover, this news should make you happy. Meringue specialist La Meringaie is opening a third location in Paris! After the 17th and 6th arrondissements, it's in the 9th, on the famous rue des Martyrs, that this new store will be located! Unfortunately, gourmands like you will have to wait until October 2018 to discover this new location and all it has to offer.
In the meantime, you can still visit the first two boutiques, to sample seasonal recipes, each more gourmet than the last: meringuettes of course, but also marshmallows, marrons glacés, mendiants and other orangettes!
In this new boutique, La Meringaie will be offering its light, fresh dessert inspired by the Pavlova, and composed of meringue, fragrant whipped cream and fresh seasonal fruit. In all, 5 original recipes, including a new one every week. And don't forget that at La Meringaie, you can create your own meringue!
With the announcement of this new address, La Meringaie is taking the opportunity to tantalize us by unveiling its pastry creation for Christmas 2018: the Céleste! A beautiful white fir tree made of meringue, sprinkled with gold, fresh bergamot whipped cream on a mandarin confit and mandarin and pear wedges. Our mouths are watering. Can't wait for the holiday season! A limited edition of La Céleste will be available on December 24 and 25, to order.
