Who doesn’t know Chilam? Named best tacos in Paris during the edition 2017 of Que Gusto festival, Chilam recently opened a new tasty table near Bastille. Bigger than the small eatery nestled in the Marais neighborhood now closed, Chilam Bastille innovates and launches an exclusive brunch with delicious Mexican flavors.
All weekends, you can discover Chilam brunch for €29, including many options.
Let's start with a delicious fresh and warm brioche served with jam marvelously mixing strawberry and Mexican flavors.
Then, we enjoyed a very generous and colorful open burrito including cilantro risotto, poached egg, avocado, delicious Portobello mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, arugula, marinated onions, cream cheese as well as a green dressing based on tomatillo and serrano pepper.
For foodies, the burrito is also available in carnivore version with chorizo (extra €1.50) or the famous "arrachera" beef meat (extra €2.50).
Last but not least, Chilam Bastille lets you choose between a very nice and fresh fruit salad (cantaloupe, pineapple, strawberries...) or the dessert of the day. That lunch, the restaurant bet on a tasty pastry, the Pastel de los Leches, so good!
To enjoy everything, go for a freshly squeezed fruit juice (orange or apple) and a hot drink (espresso, long black or tea). In other words, here's a delicious and original brunch to discover now!
For the record, Chilam Bastille opens from Wednesday to Friday from 7:30 p.m. to 11 p.m., Saturday evening until 11:30 p.m., then on Saturdays and Sundays from 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.
