For an exotic Valentine's Day, head to Buddha-Bar. In this Parisian private mansion, you have the chance to offer your lover a one-on-one dinner in a unique setting making us dream of Asia. Put in a private atmopshere inspiring to passion, you'll celebrate your love around a Valentine's Day special menu created by chef Dejy-Daniel Damamme.
Here we go for a candle-lit dinner that you won't forget anytime soon. Because we must say that on the occasion, Buddha-Bar has come up with originality to satisfy guests' taste buds. Sea flavors lovers will fall for the king prawn dim sum with bulgogi condiment, shrimp rolls with dashi, scallop rolls, miso and teriyaki or even the royal crab served with roasted salsifies and corn and yuzu crémeux. Strong dishes lovers will go for the duck and foie gras gyoza with Peking duck and truffle broth, beef Picanha with ponzu and truffle jam or confit Thai eggplant, grape and sake condiment and caviar lemon.
To wrap this tasting up, we literally fall for the Thai basil and sake sorbet that brings a welcoming breath of fresh air and we also go for the Adam & Eve creation dessert. And to toast to your lover, enjoy a glass of champagne or a cocktail to choose among two exclusive creations designed by barman chef Wenceslas Garnier. The latter have been designed to perfectly pair with the Adam & Eve dessert. You can choose between the "Envie" made of Monkey 47 Gin, Martini Bitter, Liqueur Française and homemade pepper syrup and the "Gourmandise" inspired by Tarte Tatin with Liqueur 43, Elixir de la Dame, apple juice and meringue.
Here's an unforgettable night!
