For the famous magical lovers' evening, two-starred chef Amaury Bouhours is proposing an exquisite menu with bold tastes and surprising combinations, based on products selected with the utmost care: Daurade de Noirmoutier / Beetroot / Smoked yoghurt or Poultry / Cauliflower / Black truffle will be part of the culinary journey.
To finish on a sweet note, chef Cédric Grolet and his pastry chef François Deshayes propose a poetic dessert based on rose andlychee. The journey will be punctuated by gustatory surprises presented with lightness and relaxation by Olivier Bikao, Restaurant Manager, and his team. To enhance the meal, head sommelier Gabriel Veissaire has selected prestigious cuvées to accompany the menu.
