Indeed, chef Jean-Philippe Perol trained at Le Meurice, Pré Catelan, alongside Frédéric Anton before coming to the Baltimore kitchen where he rules as the master for now 17 years.
To celebrate love as it should be, he came up with a flavorful menu. You can enjoy it in the elegant and sophisticated setting before kissing at the foot of the Eiffel Tower just nearby.
