Maison Rostang launches its winemaker dinners

Maison Rostang, 2 Michelin stars, is offering new dinners where chefs and winemakers work in tandem. They've come up with a 6-part dinner, brilliantly pairing food and wine. A tasty dialogue between cellar and kitchen!

Maison Rostang, 2 stars in the Michelin guide, is offering new and original evenings at the beginning of the year!
It is launching its winegrower dinners, where wine and cuisine are in unison.

It has to be said that the cellar has always occupied a very important place in the Maison, and that after the departure of head sommelier Alain Ronzatti, (25 years of service), it's Baptiste Salomon who selects exceptional wines for you!
That's why he'll be working in tandem with chef Nicolas Beaumann, who's devising 6-course dinners that harmonize perfectly with the precious nectars chosen.
