This early 2018, 2 Michelin stars Maison Rostang offers new unique dinners!
Indeed, it launches its “wine-growing” dinners where wines and cuisine are in unison.
We must say that the cellar has always been really important to the restaurant and after chef sommelier Alain Ronzatti left (25 years of service), it’s now Baptise Salomon’s turn to select exceptional wines!
This explains why the latter will work hand in hand with chef Nicolas Beaumann who came up with this 6-step dinner, perfectly pairing the delicious selected nectars.
