Its name? Tripletta Gaîté, Tripletta Belleville’s little brother.
We find delicious pizza recipes perfectly cooked and made in Tripletta such as the Mortadella Peplum with mortadella, pesto, burrata and oregano as well as the very original Speckiale with its San Marzano tomato sauce, Brie de Meaux, artisanal speack, oregano and red onions or the basic Margherita with tomato sauce, parmesan, fresh basil and its fior di latte mozzarella from Agerola.
Tripletta Gaîté doesn’t left out aperitif lovers with a running Burratina or a soft Focaccia enhanced by an organic olive oil.
Smaller appetites will surely enjoy the Insalata di Ricotta (mesclun, cherry tomato, roasted vegetables, ricotta, red onion and olive) or the Insalata Caprese Bufala PDO certified (tomatoes, oregano, mozzarella di buffalo, fresh basil and olive oil).
