After already two addresses in Paris, Breizh Café continues its invasion in the capital and, this, for the greatest happiness of our taste buds. After the Marais and then Odéon, Bertrand Larcher, the man behind the concept, has decided to set up shop in the Montorgueil district as of July 13, 2018.
And the regulars of Breizh Café will find the great classics that have made the success of the sign such as for example the crêpe tatin flambéed with Calvados but also the lemon crêpe without forgetting the Crêpe autrement.
We remind you that the recipes have been carefully imagined by the executive chef Yuji Watabé (20 years in the company) who brilliantly ensures the Japanese-Breton balance.
As for novelties, customers will be entitled to an exclusive buckwheat, certified organic and gluten-free, from the Moulin de la Fatigue in Vitré and a collaboration with Terroirs d'Avenir which will have the privilege of a cake in its name.
Note that this Breizh Café will open its doors at 9am for early risers, and will offer as morning specialties the double ladle butter Bordier sugar pancake and a flat egg and smoked bacon cake!
Finally, this Breizh Café in Montorgueil will hide a Cider Cellar in the basement. Open from 6pm to 1am, this place will offer cocktails with Japanese notes but also 70 references of ciders and perries to accompany buckwheat chips.
Please note that it's been over 4 years since our last visit, so the place and experience may have changed.
