After already two addresses in Paris, Breizh Café keeps on taking over the French capital and for our taste buds’ greatest joy. After the Marais and Odéon, it’s in the Montorgueil neighborhood that Bertrand Larcher, the brain behind the curtain, has decided to set up from July 13, 2018.
And Breizh Café regulars will find the great classics that made the success of the brand such as the Crêpe Tatin flambéed in Calvados as well as the lemon crêpe and the Crêpe Autrement.
For the record, recipes have been thoroughly thought up by executive chef Yuji Watabé (20 years of service) who brilliantly ensures the Japanese-Breton balance.
In terms of novelties, patrons will enjoy an exclusive buckwheat, certified organic and gluten-free, from the Moulin de la Fatigue in Vitré and a partnership with Terroirs d’Avenir that will have the privilege of having a crêpe named after them.
Please note that this Breizh Café will open from 9 a.m. for early birds and offer morning specialties such as the brown sugar crêpe with Bordier® artisanal butter and a buckwheat pancake with sunny side-up egg and smoked pork belly!
Finally, this Breizh Café in Montorgueil will hide in the basement a cider cellar. Open from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m., the place will offer cocktails à la carte with Japanese twists as well as 70 references of ciders and pear ciders to enjoy with buckwheat chips.
