A “haven of peace” set more precisely inside the casino, on the ground floor, at the back of the Grande Salle near the roulette tables. The perfect spot to enjoy flavorful dishes and have a break between two games.
In terms of food, gastronomes have the choice: two-salmon tartare with green apple, chicken spring rolls, Burgundy snails, roasted scallops and soft risotto with lobster stock… There’s something for every taste and budget. As a dessert, we go for an autumnal ice cream with apple and gingerbread, a pear and caramel entremets or a chocolate marquise.
A cuisine we had the honor to enjoy. As a starter, calamari fritters are very soft and served with one of the best bearnaise dressings. As a main course, the scallops and the risotto with lobster stock are simply divine, soft and perfectly cooked. And for dessert, we went for the autumnal ice cream with apple and gingerbread, an interesting balance. A blend of flavors that’s surprising but definitely a delight for sweet-toothed people’s taste buds.
Moving on to the atmosphere and the décor the Art Déco elegance rules the places with gold and mahogany and a set of mirrors for a quiet and lounge atmosphere. A true and perfect quiet cocoon, ideal to have a break before returning to the game hustle. Shall we go there, friends?
