Calling all French gastronomy fans… For the resort’s 30th anniversary and transformation program of Disney Village announced this Monday March 21, 2022, in a release, Disneyland Paris also explained they are set to open in 2023 Rosalie, a 500-seat brasserie managed by groupe Bertrand, serving ultra-Drench bistronomy cuisine.
A new restaurant, first foundation stone to this complete transformation of the village, as works are to start by the end of the year, in lieu of the current Café Mickey, set right by the Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel, at the entrance of Disney Village. As for the menu, the place is to serve traditional cuisine celebrating the French art de vivre, shining a light on regional and seasonal produces, in a modern, elegant two-story setting, inspired by traditional Parisian brasseries.
“As we continue to collaborate with exceptional brands that we share strong values with, we are delighted to welcome a new restaurant managed by Groupe Bertrand as a first step in our Disney Village transformation plan,” said Laure Albouy, VP of business strategy and integration at Disneyland Paris. She goes on: “We believe this unique, family-friendly restaurant will elevate the guest experience at our resort by offering famous French specialties in a unique setting, and we can’t wait to make this new partnership a reality.”
Note a terrace will also be available on sunny days, across the Disney Lake, and in addition to seated meals, a counter service is also available, providing many French bakery items such as viennoiseries, pastries, sandwiches and salads to takeout. Now, just wait until the opening!
Ouverture en 2023.
