Monster Hunter by Paul W.S. Anderson: the first real look

British director Paul W.S. Anderson is said to return very soon with “Monster Hunter” based on the famous video game series. Starring Milla Jovovich, this picture movie is said to be out on April 28, 2021 in France. Until then, here is the first look.

After “Resident Evil”, Paul W.S. Anderson once again directs a woman, actress Milla Jovovich, in an adaptation of a video game work. Meet in French theaters from April 28, 2021 to discover “Monster Hunter”, loosely based on the video games developed and edited by Capcom.

In the upcoming movie, Milla Jovovich plays Captain Artemis. With her elite squad, they walk through a portal and are sent to a parallel universe filled with monsters and end up stuck in there. But it was without thinking about a hunter – played by Tony Jaa (Fast & Furious 7, xXx: Reactivated…). He will help them return to the world they come from.

Plot:

Our world is hiding another on, dominated by powerful and dangerous monsters. When Captain Artemis and her elite squad walk through a portal taking them to this parallel world, they experience a shock of a lifetime. When desperately trying to get home, the brave captain meets a mysterious hunter – who survived in this hostile world thanks to his unique skills. Facing terrifying and relentless attacks of monsters, the warriors team up to fights and find a way to get back into our world.
