Nina Métayer unveils her Epiphany Cake 2022. This year, the chef celebrates her "Casse–Noisette", or Nutcracker in English, with this cake inspired by the famous and magical ballet. With a subtle almond and hazelnut taste and nicely buttery, this cake low in sugar and gluten is very appealing.
For this Christmas 2021, Nina Métayer delivers two indulging and original yule logs. A plant-based and crunchy one and a playful version coming shaped as Santa Claus’s letter box. Available in delivery on Delicatisserie or at her pastry counter at the Printemps du Goût for individual-sized versions.
