New Year’s Eve 2022 at Marcore

Inaugurated in 2019, Marcore is chef Marc Favier and his spouse Aurélie Alary’s “food house”. For your information, the chef has been Jean-François Piège’s right-hand man for 10 years. The place – covering two stories – provide on the ground floor a bistronomic table and a gourmet restaurant upstairs.

For New Year’s Eve 2022, Marc Favier and his partner have come up with a menu based on noble products to enjoy on December 31 for dinner!
