Covid: all the vaccination hubs to open soon in Paris and Île-de-France

Vaccination hubs, mega vaccination centers, XXL vaccination centers… You name it, but they are about to crop up all over the place in the coming weeks in France to improve the pace of the vaccination campaign. Here are all the vaccination hubs already open or about to do so in Paris and Île-de-France.

They are expected to improve France’s vaccination campaign, as 8,833,275 people have been given a first dose of vaccine as of April 3, 2021 in France.

“In the coming days, 38 vaccination hubs will be settled in France. Open 7/7, these large centers will be managed by firefighters assisted by national security-certified associations. […] 25,000 firefighters trained to vaccinate, and 2,500 firefighters entrusted with logistics will run the administration and the managing of the vaccination hubs where up to 53,000 doses will be injected every week, namely an average of 2,000 doses per day per vaccination hub”, the government stated in a press release.

So far, the official list of these vaccination hubs has not been unveiled yet, but we know some of them already opened or are soon to do so in Paris and Île-de-France. Here are the mega vaccination centers in Île-de-France.
