According to the latest reports of the Agence régionale de Santé, as of Thursday October 1, 2020, the Ile-de-France region reports 8,106 deaths in total, including 15 deaths in 24 hours. There are currently 399 people in ICU and 2,159 people at the hospital. Patients in ICU are generally 60 years old. Ile-de-France now exceeds the alert threshold. There are currently 72 active clusters in Île-de-France.

Unlike what the national epidemiologic report says that all age groups are concerned, in Île-de-France people from 20 to 30 years old are the most hit by the coronavirus epidemic. It maintains the risk of contaminating older people (parents, colleagues...) as the virus keeps on spreading. Moreover, the number of active clusters is increasing again and are mainly noticed in professional environments, social and integration accomodations, as well as health facilities. As for school, it represents 5.2% of the clusters currently being investigated.

  • Seine-Saint-Denis reports 413 people at the hospital, and 1070 deaths  (+2)
  • Val-de-Marne reports 334 people at the hospital, and 1,273 deaths (+1)
  • Hauts-de-Seine reports 306 people at the hospital, and 1,149 deaths (+1)
  • Yvelines reports 196 people at the hospital, and 571 deaths (+2)
  • Val-d'Oise reports 168 people at the hospital, and 773 deaths (+2)
  • Essonne reports 179 people at the hospital, and 652 deaths (+3)
  • Seine-et-Marne reports 146 people at the hospital, and 736 deaths (+0)
