Moreover, with eco-friendly materials and logistics, the innovative project is anchored on the Seine riverbanks, between nature and urban.
A DNA enjoyed by Solideo (the Olympic Delivery Authority) and the Paris 2024 committee. As a matter of fact, it’s the project supported by Plaine Commune with architecture office Philippon Kalt Architectes that has been taken on in December 2019 to welcome the upcoming Athlete village. From 2025, the premises will open to private individuals who can enjoy the large public spaces.
Created as a genuine part of a town, the neighborhood enjoys mobility centers. In other words, no car is allowed in. At the same time, Plaine Commune wishes to keep the Île’s fluvial identity.
