Fête de la musique 2023: dj set dedicated to Konpa and Antillean Zouk in front of the Eiffel Tower

Another Fête de la musique! Every year, this popular, festive and free event brings a smile to the faces of many musicians, eager to share their musical styles with as many people as possible.

Since it was launched in France in 1982, the Fête de la Musique has brought us many memorable musical moments, with free concerts and DJ sets in the streets, concert halls, museums and religious centers, squares, parks and gardens, institutions and churches...

For over 40 years, the Fête de la Musique has been bringing live music to life for an entire day and evening, with a series of musical highlights paying tribute to rock and rap, classical and electro, jazz and blues, reggae and world music...

This year, for the 41st Fête de la musique, Parisians will once again be spoilt for choice with a rich and eclectic program, not to be missed on Wednesday June 21, 2023.

For lovers of Afro-Caribbean music and dance, head to the Quai Jacques Chirac, in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, opposite the Eiffel Tower, for a convivial and festive occasion. On the program? A DJ set by DJ Nissa paying tribute to some of the most emblematic figures of Congolese Rumba, Konpa and Antillean Zouk, including Jacob Desvarieux, Mikaben and Papa Wemba...
